Zero-Click Search
EN: Zero-Click Search
Searches where the user never leaves Google because the answer is displayed directly in the search results — through AI Overviews, Featured Snippets, or Knowledge Panels.
Soon
Audience First
EN: Audience First
A strategic approach in which a loyal audience community is built first, before products are developed. The audience determines through demand what gets created next.

Owned Channel
EN: Owned Channel
A communication channel a company fully controls — without dependence on external algorithms. Newsletter lists, WhatsApp contacts, and owned communities are classic owned channels.
Soon
AI Overviews
EN: AI Overviews
Google's AI-generated summaries that have appeared above the organic search results since 2024 and provide direct answers — without the user having to visit a website.
Soon
Newsletter as an Asset
EN: Newsletter as an Asset
Viewing an email subscriber list as a valuable company asset — comparable to real estate or machinery — because it works independently of platform algorithms.

Viral Coefficient
EN: Viral Coefficient
A metric for organic growth through referrals. Formula: K = invitations per user × conversion rate. K > 1 means real viral growth — statistically, each user brings in more than one new user, and the base grows on its own. But even K = 0.3 is valuable: 3 out of 10 customers refer others, which significantly lowers acquisition costs without an ad budget. K > 1 is the goal — K > 0 is already an advantage.
